The rag-tag fugitive fleet finally reaches the long lost planet: Earth. But? is Earth advanced enough to help the Galacticans battle the Cylons? Reports coming from the Blue Planet show that the elders and Commander Adama (Lorne Greene) may have made the wrong decision. Instead of finding mighty allies, Adama realizes that they have? exposed a somewhat primitive planet and its human inhabitants to the latest generation of exterminating humanoid Cylons.

The only way to save Earthlings and Galacticans alike is by preparing them for the advanced technology that the fleet brings. Warriors are sent down to earth. Earth's future may very well rest in their hands. Their names: Troy and Dillon. Captain Troy (Kent McCord), formerly known as Boxey, is Serena and Apollo's (adopted) son. He works with his best friend and lieutenant, Dillon (Barry).
